1.Keep the list of items to be matched brief. 2.Use only homogeneous material in a single matching exercise.
3.List of premises be kept between six to eight.
4.Include an unequal number of responses and premises.
5. Arrange the list in logical order.
6.Place all of the items for one matching exercise on the same page.
7. Indicate in the directions the basis for matching the responses and premises.
