10.3 Financial Rules

  • The principal powers of head of the institution are divided into two categories.
  • Principals, senior head masters and senior head mistresses having B.P.S-19 and above are placed in category II while senior headmasters, senior headmistress, headmasters / headmistresses having B.P.S-18 and below are placed in category III.
  • C-II and C-III heads can purchase stationary upto Rs. 50,000/- and 20,000/- respectively under head A03901.
  • C-II and C-III beads can print and publish upto Rs. 10,000/- and Rs. 50,000 under head A03905.
  • C-II and C-II heads have full powers for postage5.and telegraph under head A03905.
  • C-II heads can purchase two daily news papers while C-III heads can purchase are daily news paper under head A03905.
  • C-II head full powers while C-III head can purchase books, map and teaching materials upto Rs. 40,000/-.
  • C-II and C-III heads can purchase miscellaneous items utp Rs. 20,000/- and Rs. 10,000/- respectively.
  • C-II and C-III heads have full powers for utilities bills.
  • C-II and C-III heads have full powers for hot and cold weather charges.
