Lights can coax the insect out of the child’s ear. This is the first measure employed in removing a live insect from the child’s ear. Insects are not removed ALIVE, therefore, C and D are both wrong. Antibiotics has no effects since the child do not have any infection. If the insect did not come out after coaxing it with light, 2nd measure employs instillation of diluted alcohol or a mineral oil to kill the insect which is then removed using letter D.
